Gospel artist Stephen Kasolo has been trending on social media for threatening to kill his daughter. Many Kenyans have been requesting that the young girl should be taken away from her father as they feel that her life is threatened.
On an interview with Mungai Eve, Kasolo says that he loves his daughter and the words he uttered to her he didn’t mean it but he was just scaring her from doing the wrong things. Kasolo says further that his daughter is his life and if she is taken away he will just lose his life.
On whether his threat was a good way to handle the situation, he says that according to this generation, his choice of words is not right. He says that, his wife also feel bad about the whole thing being taken such serious than it was in reality. According to Kasolo, her daughter was being funny as she was telling his father that she loves him as she was crying since she knew she had done a mistake.
Kasolo pleads for forgiveness for uttering such words and he confesses that he has been praying so hard that God could take the video away from social media so that his daughter could not come to see it.
