The deputy president is digging deeper in the central region and the rest of the country as the August election day keeps approaching. He has been using different political tactics to win the hearts of millions of Kenyans so that he can stand the strong opponent Raila Odinga.
Today DP Ruto is in Nyeri where he is launching a new political tactic which he is yet to introduce to the rest of the counties in the country. This new tactic is the signing of a charter with the people of each county and this will be their guide as they are up to forming the next government if they win the election.
According to DP Ruto, him and his government are to be held accountable for what they will agree and sign against with the people of each county. The team in Nyeri to sign the first charter include economist David Ndii who is the leading the team.
