On Thursday, the Deputy President paid a visit to Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in a Dubai hospital, where he is receiving treatment for third-degree burns on his feet sustained last year.
In images released by Kuria, the deputy president is seen with Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi and a jovial-looking Moses Kuria, who has been off the campaign path for the last two days.

“I updated them on my recovery progress and formally invited them to join me and all Kenyans during the February 19th thanksgiving prayer day in Thika,” said Kuria in a social media post.
The Cha Cha Kazi party’s leader has had almost eight surgery to repair injuries incurred when a heated mat malfunctioned.
Kuria’s condition has substantially improved following stem cell surgery performed by a team of renowned doctors from the United Arab Emirates, India, Germany, and South Korea.
He continues to follow and comment on the country’s political developments.
