Justina Syokau is arguably one of Kenya’s fastest-rising gospel performers, having recorded multiple songs both solo and with other prominent gospel musicians.
With her Twendi twendi popular song, which she sang as she greeted in the new year, she made a breakthrough.
She went on to do another song for twenty-one, and her most recent hit was the twenty-two song she recorded lately.
She sang the song while making amusing remarks to her detractors, claiming that this is the year of her blessings as she claimed Sipangwingwi.
She is currently the buzz of the town, trending on several social media sites after revealing her plans to marry this year.
Her only option could have been gospel artist Ringtone Apoko, but she later stated that he is young and talks a lot, implying that she requires a partner who is both energetic and financially secure.
This comes after she has been unmarried for nine years, having divorced her husband over a misunderstanding about which she has never spoken publicly.
According to her most recent interview, the coronavirus epidemic is the main reason she is not married.
As she stated, when Covid arrived, she was forced to stay indoors for a period of time, which had a negative impact on her attitude and caused her to lose self-esteem.
The covid came, I was planning to settle down but things didn’ t work. I was putting on masks all the time and people couldn’ t see my beauty. I would dress so good but I had no time to go out because of the covid restrictions” .
But she now claims that she is ready for marriage and that she is looking forward to eventually settling down before the year ends.
Ringtone Apoko, who is also unmarried and a gospel musician, has stated that she is unable to date him due to his age, despite the fact that he is wealthy, and some of his behaviors that she does not approve of.
She recently claimed that, contrary to popular belief, she does not twerk in her songs because her body is the temple of God.
